Chapter 2 Organization and responsibilities
Article 3 Academy of Degree Board
(1) The total number of degree committees of the college is generally7-11People, term3 years. The committee has 1 director, deputy director1People。Director is also concurrently served by the dean，Deputy Director is the deputy dean of the graduate work as the deputy dean。

Article 4 The main responsibilities of the Academy of Degree Committee:
(1) Review the granting of undergraduates and graduate degrees.
(2) Review Master's Degree Thesis Comment、List of members of the defense meeting, etc.，Related matters in the process of processing the training of graduate students。
(3) The political thought and academic level of the applicant of the master's degree applicant，Posted to the School Degree Evaluation Committee to be awarded a master's degree、Suggestion list of doctoral degrees。
(4) The discipline (professional) training plan and degree course settings for reviewing graduate students。
(5) Selection methods formulated by the School Degree Evaluation Committee，Preliminary review of the applicant's master and doctoral tutor for application qualifications and materials，and submit the list of preliminary examinations to the School Degree Evaluation Committee。
（6）Complete other tasks arranged by the School Degree Evaluation Committee.
Chapter 3 Operating System
