Wednesday, November 28th at 2:00 pm,For the enhancement style、Learning style construction,Improve the classroom level and teaching quality of teachers,Pay attention to the quality of talent training,Our college invited Professor Xiao Tang Jin in school teaching supervision、Professor Chen Yuping、Professor Song Qiang、Professor He Youning respectively teach the teachers of our college for guidance、Evaluation,The college is divided into four components in 15-503,3-101,3-201,3-401 four classrooms。

The first link,Teachers who attended the 15 -minute explanation of the courses they were present in turn。Each teacher first introduced a schedule of the course and the focus of the course,then start a lecture。

Two link,Teaching supervision objective、Review the advantages and disadvantages of the content and methods of the teacher taught in fairness,and make feasibility recommendations for its shortcomings,Personalized guidance and help to teachers。Teachers make self -reflection and improvement based on the feedback and suggestions of supervision。

This event,All the supervisors have affirmed the teachers' teaching situation,I believe that the overall teaching of teachers in our college is good,Most teachers prepare lessons,Teaching plans complete,Teaching purpose is clear,Discussing the provisions clear,Key prominent,Professional and personal characteristics。But I also raised some questions,For example, there are fewer cases of lectures for individual teachers,The content is empty,Study in the lesson plan,Lack of the sense of times and reality,Interacting less with students,PPT design unreasonable, etc.。Supervisors have put forward improvement opinions: one must distinguish between key difficulties; second, the classroom must design interactive links,Let students interested and participate; Third, the production of PPT must be beautiful、Diverse、Flexible; Fourth, we must integrate into the ideological and political elements,Methods to be diversified; fifth to talk about features,Pursuing quality; Sixth, we must pay attention to the analysis and discussion of practical issues,Pay attention to theoretical connection actual,Don’t be theoretical to compare theory,Learn from the textbook for textbooks; seventh to make good use of information resources,Practicing flipping classroom teaching mode,Teachers should adjust the classroom teaching strategy according to the students' performance。
