Li Tianyi，Male，Miao people，People from Xijiang Town, Leishan County, Guizhou Province，Doctor of Law。Now professor of Guizhou University for Nationalities (Level 3)，Executive Director of the Guizhou Humanology Society，Chairman of the Guizhou Folk Literary and Artists Association，Doctor of Sociology，MTI Master mentor。Mainly engaged in folk literature and art、Cultural governance、Community action、Research and Practice of Tourism Creative。The "Xijiang Model" research advocated in recent years has aroused the majority of academic circles、Great attention in the industry，Its academic core view is that the "Xijiang Model" is an effective organizational method for the rational use and successful development of national culture。
